Registration Information

Registration fees are $30 per child due by March 30, 2011. Course fees are $300 per student for a 5 week program. Course fees are due April 28, 2010 (No Exceptions). Costs include the usage of books, pens, pencils, folders and journals.

 

Registration forms will be available March 1, 2011 for download. Forms will include medical consent, rules and regulations agreements, photograph consent, and emergency contact information. A copy of a recent report card will also be required to assess student needs. Completed registration forms and registration fees will be due by March 30, 2011. Applicants will be accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis. Early registration is encouraged. Only 15 applicants will be accepted.
